All About The 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Final
As many as 20 teams started this ongoing 9th edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 being divided in a total of four groups where each of them consisted five teams. After the conclusion of the first round in the mega event, a total of 12 teams have been eliminated that includes the runners-up from the 2022 T20 World Cup, Pakistan, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. The remainder of the teams like Australia, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, England, West Indies, United States of America (USA) and South Africa have qualified for the Super 8 stage in this T20I tournament. The entire Super 8 stage, two semi-finals and the grand finale will be played in the West Indies. The 2024 T20 World Cup final will be played at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados on 29 June, 2024.

While considering the schedule for the Super 8 stage of the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, India, Australia, Afghanistan and Bangladesh are placed in the Group 1 while the likes of England, West Indies, USA and South Africa occupy the Group 2. The Super 8s will kickstart with the opening match between United States of America and South Africa scheduled to be played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on 19 June, 2024. England will surely be seeking to take revenge from co-hosts West Indies during their match taking place on 20 June, 2024 at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet, St Lucia.
On the other hand, Team India will be playing their first game in the second round of this mega event against the Rashid Khan-led Afghanistan team on 20 June, 2024 at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados. 2021 T20 World Cup winners Australia are scheduled to face Bangladesh at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on 21 June, 2024. T20 World Cup co-hosts USA will once again be in action against West Indies at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados on 22 June, 2024. After witnessing an exciting battle during the 2023 ODI World Cup, the cricket fans will once again witness an Afghanistan vs Australia match at the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, St Vincent on 23 June, 2024. The top two teams from both Group 1 and 2 will qualify for the semi-finals on the basis of the World Cup points table. The first semi-final is scheduled to be held on 27 June, 2024 at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad while the second semi-final will be played at the Providence Stadium in Guyana.
