After winning the toss, San Francisco decided to bowl first at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. Josh Inglis and India-born batter Sanjay Krishnamurthy came to rescue San Francisco Unicorns and formed a partnership of 77 runs for the 3rd wicket-taking Unicorns to victory by 6 wickets with 8 balls remaining.
The 21-year-old USA cricketer impressed everyone with his calm and composed knock of 79 runs in 42 balls, playing an anchor role throughout the partnership with Josh Inglis and Hassan Khan. He smashed 5 boundaries and 6 Maximums all around the world. Sanjay Krishnamurthy was awarded with Player of the Match award for this impeccable knock.
