Sai and Tewatia Shines Against Punjab Kings

In match number 37 of the Indian Premier League ( IPL) between Gujarat Titans and Punjab Kings, the guests won the game by 3 wickets after chasing a target of 142 runs in 20 overs thanks to a match-winning knock by Rahul Tewatia, who scored 36 runs in 18 balls, which included 7 boundaries with a strike rate of 200. This heroic knock by Tewatia came when Gujarat Titans were 5 wickets down on the score of 103 runs in 15 overs. The left-handed batter made a partnership with Shahrukh Khan for 35 runs and made his team win the game 5 balls before the innings.

After winning the toss, Punjab elected to bat first at Mullanpur Stadium in Chandigarh. Punjab batters were 5 wickets down on the score of 99 runs against the Gujarat Titans spin-attack of Sai Kishore, Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmed, facing another batting collapse in the ongoing tournament. But Rahul Tewatia again turned out to be a match-winner for Gujarat Titans, as he made a partnership with Shahrukh Khan for 35 runs and made his team win the game 5 balls before by scoring 36 runs in 18 balls, which included 7 boundaries with a strike rate of 200.
