In the Indian terminology, there is a constant habit of making comparisons and the same is scrutinized while talking about the Indian cricket players. There is always a huge difference in the salary of the Indian cricketers they receive during the Indian Premier League (IPL) as compared to what the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) pays them annually in accordance to their respective central contracts. It is a big fact that the IPL franchises have a massive purse before every IPL auction and thus, the earning are uncomparable to the other T20 leagues contested across the globe.
