In this, the Indian team will be trained and mentored under Gautam Gambhir’s as the head coach of Men in Blue, who has proved himself as the best person for the job after helping KKR to win the much-awaited IPL trophy after a long wait of 10 years. Gautam Gambhir has represented the Indian cricket team for 13 long years, where he has played a total of 58 Tests and 147 ODIs and 37 T20I, having 20 hundreds to his name. Apart from that, he was part of the World Cup-winning team in 2007 and 2011 so his guidance will definitely help the Indian team in the upcoming years.

Gambhir's tenure as Team India's head coach will be marked by a series of big challenges. His leadership will be tested early on with the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 scheduled for February-March with ICC World Test Championship 2023-25 Final. Later, ICC T20 World Cup 2026 and the ODI World Cup in South Africa in 2027.
