Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese superstar and the global football icon, has attained the new feat again in football. The 39-year-old created a new record in football, and according to Marca, he became the “first and only footballer in history” ever to hit the 700 official victory mark in the sport. 

Cristiano Ronaldo featured against Al-Raed while representing Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro-League on Thursday where he went on to defeat the side 2-1. With this, Ronaldo has attained the feat of having 700 victories in his bag. During the 700th victory of his life, Ronaldo scored his 921st goal too. Cristiano Ronaldo has featured in multiple outfits in his career, including Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, Al-Nassr and Sporting.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the only player in the history of football who has more than 900 official goals. While Pele is rumoured to have over 1000 goals in his career, Ronaldo’s goals are accounted for at this point. If rumours are to go by, fans expect the Portuguese attacker to not retire before hitting the 1000-goal mark. For the Saudi outfit, Cristiano Ronaldo has 85 goals from 94 games in all competitions.
