Cristiano Ronaldo, undeniably one of the greatest footballers in history, continues to be a dominant figure in the sport, with a career spanning over two decades. Now playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, the Portuguese forward has amassed an incredible list of individual and team achievements, securing his place as one of the most decorated players of all time. His name is forever etched in football’s history books, as he has been at the forefront of the sport, competing fiercely with Lionel Messi for the biggest honors and accolades.

For over a decade, the rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi has been one of the most captivating in the history of football, sparking endless debates among fans, analysts, and experts. Both players have mesmerized audiences worldwide with their unmatched skills, consistency, and ability to perform under pressure, making it nearly impossible to definitively declare one as better than the other.

In a surprising revelation, Ronaldo himself has acknowledged the ongoing debate and, for the first time in his career, admitted that people may prefer Messi or even other football legends such as Pele and Diego Maradona. This statement is a rare admission from a player who has long been part of the conversation for the title of the greatest of all time. It reflects Ronaldo’s acknowledgment of the diverse opinions surrounding the debate, solidifying his respect for the other icons of the sport.

Cristiano Ronaldo has always been confident in his abilities, but he has no qualms about admitting that some may prefer Lionel Messi over him. However, he strongly disagrees with anyone who claims that he isn't a "complete footballer." Ronaldo has always prided himself on his versatility, work ethic, and all-around skill set, making it clear that he believes he has what it takes to be considered the most well-rounded player in the sport.

In a rare moment of reflection, Ronaldo also addressed his relationship with Messi, dispelling any myths of a rift between them. Despite their intense rivalry over the last 15 years, which saw them dominate world football and fuel debates over who is the greatest, Ronaldo revealed that he and Messi never shared a "bad relationship." The two superstars, while often seen as fierce competitors, have maintained a professional respect for each other throughout their careers. Ronaldo's comments highlight the mutual admiration between the two, showcasing that their rivalry was never personal but rather born out of their shared pursuit of excellence at the highest level of football.

"I think I'm the most complete football player that has ever existed. People could like Messi, Maradona or Pele, and I respect it, but I'm the most complete. I'm the best player in football history. I haven't seen anyone better than me in football history and I'm saying truth from my heart," Ronaldo said in an interview

"I think I'm the most complete player that has ever existed . I do everything in football. I play well with my head, I take good free kicks, I have a left foot, a right foot, I'm strong, I go out," he added.
