Patna Pirates vs Haryana Steelers

The high-flying Haryana Steelers took the number one spot on the PKL 2024 Points Table after beating Patna Pirates 37-32 on Wednesday. The Steelers now have seven wins and two losses in nine games and have accumulated 36 points. On the other hand, the Patna Pirates remained in the fourth spot despite the loss. The Pirates have five wins and four losses in nine games played thus far. They have a score difference of 12 and amassed a total of 28 points. 

In the first game of the day, Gujarat Giants dug themselves out of a losing streak as they registered a comprehensive 47-28 win over Bengal. It was their second win this season but the Giants remain at the bottom of the table. Bengal Warriorz, on the other hand, are at the eighth spot with three wins, three losses, and two ties in eight games. They have accumulated 28 points, thus far. 

Puneri Paltans have moved to second with five wins in nine games. They have thirty-three points and a score difference of 59. U Mumba and Patna Pirates have five wins each to their name in as many games and, currently, find themselves in third and fourth spots, respectively. 

Dabang Delhi have played 10 games now, emerging victorious on four occasions. With 27 points under their belt, Delhi are fifth on the table. The sixth and seventh spots are occupied by Telugu Titans and Jaipur Pink Panthers with 26 and 25 points, respectively. 

Tamil Thalaivas are placed at ninth with 21 points, followed by UP Yoddhas (20) and Bengaluru Bulls (13) at tenth and eleventh spots, respectively. 

Pro Kabaddi League 2024: Day 27 fixtures 

The first game of day 27 of the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 sees Telugu Titans take on UP Yoddhas at the Noida Indoor Stadium on Thursday. Telugu Titans are coming into this game on the back of four consecutive wins. 

They would be looking to continue their outstanding run. On the other hand, the UP Yoddhas are looking to get back to winning ways after having lost their last four matches. Meanwhile, the second game of the day sees Tamil Thalaivas take on U Mumba at Noida Indoor Stadium. 

After making an impressive start, the Thalaivas have suffered three back-to-back losses. And, on the other hand, U Mumba were handed a loss after registering three back-to-back wins.
