Suhas Yathiraj and Palak Kohli quickly found themselves trailing due to their inability to counter the pair's net play and deep tosses, and they lost the game in just 14 minutes. The second game followed a similar pattern, with Palak Kohli clearly unable to match the prowess of her senior partner on the court, resulting in her giving away points. SL3 players have moderate impairment on one side of the body, affecting either both legs or the absence of limbs, while SU5 players have significant impairments in their upper limbs. The hopes are high as the largest-ever India Paralympics contingent will be looking to increase the medal count.
